Chocolate cake:
Ingredients
cup cubed butter
8 ounces semi sweet chocolate into pieces
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
Filling Ingredients :
6 tablespoons cubed butter
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
4 ounces bittersweet
chocolate in pieces
GANACHE:
10 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
How to make :
Cook the milk, butter and chocolate onlow heat until melted In a pan. Remove from
the heat. Leave it for 10 minutes to set.
Preheat oven to 325°.Beat eggs and vanilla and pour it in a pan, stirchocolate mixture into it until it gets
smooth. Mixflour, sugar, baking soda
and salt, gradually and add it to chocolate mixture and mix it well.
Pour itto three
greased and floured nine in. Now round the baking pans. Bake it for 25-30
minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. If it's so than
it's done. Cool it for ten minutes before removing from pans.
Now we will do filling so for this we will take a small
saucepan and will add butter melt and chocolate now we will stir in
confectioners' sugar and cream until it get smooth
It's a ganache time. So for that put chocolate in a small
bowl. Now in a small saucepan add cream until it gets boil. Put chocolate and
whisk until it gets smooth. Now Cool it stirring occasionally until ganache
reaches a spreading consistency.
Now serveone cake
layer on a serving plate,spread itwith
half of the filling. Repeat layers continues until Top with remaining cake
layer. Now Spread the ganache over top and sides of cake. Store in the
refrigerator to set it.
Now its ready to serve. Friends enjoy this recipe and this
