You all know cakes can lift your mood.  Cakes are very delicious to eat and really enjoyable. From children to adult we all love cakes. But you know when we make cake for our love ones on home. 

That really makes our husband or boyfriend happy. Now a days trend has changed, some boyfriend and husband also make cake for their wife and girlfriend to make them happy.  So they search the recipe of cakes so that they can make them feel  their girlfriend or wife. As here its all about valentines day. Boyfriend and girlfriend cut the valentines day cake on this day to celebrate this day. But if cake cooked at home the celebration goes double. And what can be better than chocolate. So friends today I will teach how to make valentines day cake so that in-spite of taking your partner out in restaurants on this valentines day. Chocolate cake:

Ingredients

• cup cubed butter
• 8 ounces semi sweet chocolate into pieces
• 3 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• Pinch of salt

Filling Ingredients :

• 6 tablespoons cubed butter
• 2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 4 ounces  bittersweet chocolate in pieces

GANACHE:

• 10 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
• 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream

How to make :

Cook the milk, butter and chocolate on  low heat until melted In a pan. Remove from the heat. Leave it for 10 minutes to set.

Preheat oven to 325°.  Beat eggs and vanilla and pour it in a pan, stir  chocolate mixture into it until it gets smooth. Mix  flour, sugar, baking soda and salt, gradually and add it to chocolate mixture and mix it well.

Pour it  to three greased and floured nine in. Now round the baking pans. Bake it for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. If it's so than it's done. Cool it for ten minutes before removing from pans.

Now we will do filling so for this we will take a small saucepan and will add butter melt and chocolate now we will stir in confectioners' sugar and cream until it get smooth

It's a ganache time. So for that put chocolate in a small bowl. Now in a small saucepan add cream until it gets boil. Put chocolate and whisk until it gets smooth. Now Cool it stirring occasionally until ganache reaches a spreading consistency.

Now serve  one cake layer on a serving plate,spread it  with half of the filling. Repeat layers continues until Top with remaining cake layer. Now Spread the ganache over top and sides of cake. Store in the refrigerator to set it.
